We offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
After this time, your order will be processed and shipped. If you still wish to return your item, you will need to wait until it arrives and then request a return.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
We also do not accept returns for:

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Delivery & Liability
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location.
If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
Changes After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details or shipping instructions.
Any changes must be handled directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
Return Address
If your return is approved, you will receive the correct return address and instructions from our support team.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
